Marketing tactics are always changing, the economy is more chaotic than ever before, and it’s incredibly competitive says Saivian Eric Dalius. Moreover, Marketing requires knowledge of psychology, technology, language/linguistics, design, creativity, communication, persuasion, salesmanship, and many other fields. Marketing professionals need to be able to compete with thousands of other people for the top jobs. And in many cases, they do it alone, without a team of designers. And developers behind them, which makes it even tougher.

 Marketing is an essential part of the business. Marketing is the process that creates demand for products or services. Moreover, Marketing helps determine what goods or services are produced. Who the target audience is, how they will be produced, where they will be distributed, and at what price. Also, Marketing has four stages: product planning, pricing, distribution, and promotion

 This refers to knowing who you are targeting. Marketing always targets a particular group of people. However, Marketing may target people of a certain age, gender, income level, interests, or other commonalities. Marketing must also know who they are not targeting. Also, Marketing can’t just focus on one demographic. Marketing needs to consider the whole market. And must find ways to offer their service or product to that entire market.

Marketing then creates demand for products or services

 Marketing must create a need for products or services, even if the product or service is new. Marketing does this through advertising. Marketing also creates demand by making products that have fewer defects. Creating a demand for new and improved versions of their product. And offering discounts on older versions of a certain item.

Marketing and time limit

Marketing can also create a sense of urgency. By giving a time limit on discounts, like for the next 24 hours only. However, Marketing can also create demand for new items. By doing market research and finding out what people want or need. Also, Marketing can then begin to design their product or service to meet those demands. Marketing may also offer promotions, such as coupons, contests, and free samples. Marketing can even make people feel like they need something. By telling stories about how their lives will be better if they buy the product.
